Christmas

Christmas time is here again and I feel as if it were just yesterday. I am almost ready for it and this year will cook a new soup (french onion) and have a ham dinner in Christmas eve and then we will do absolutely nothing on Christmas day except enjoy the children and play. Colin and I are having mimosas and he is so excited! I love the fact the he gets into the whole holiday spirit almost more than I. Growing up we had a scrooge in the house and nobody likes that.

Tomorrow we are finishing up our shopping and feel blessed to be able to have presents this year when so many families are hurting this holiday season. Another year we will see our American troops on the t.v. sending back some holiday shout outs to their families and hoping that this will be there last Christmas in the Middle East. Let the world pray for peace this season and have ambitious thoughts about our new year following.
Merry Christmas to all of you
